50% deposit of room charge required with reservation.
Cancellation Policy: The customer understands that if their reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, they will be refunded their deposit less a 20% processing fee. If the reservation is not cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
The customer understands that Timber Pointe Resort is not responsible for loss or damage of property, or personal injury. No pets allowed. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
Check-in time is 2 PM and Check-out is 11 AM—Central Standard Time.
